Join NESEA for the kickoff event of our fall Pro Tour series. This interactive event, hosted by studioWEBSTER, will feature a newly constructed Passive House located in southern Vermont. Participants will meet the project team who made the house a reality.
This virtual Pro Tour will offer participants a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most ambitious PHIUS+ projects in New York City: an innovative fifteen-story building providing 154-units of sustainable housing. NESEA is working with hosting firm and Passive House consultant and verifier Bright Power to offer this follow-up event to last year's sold out tour of this site.
