BuildingEnergy Pro Tours

Be a Part of the 2021 Pro Tour Series

BuildingEnergy Pro Tours are accredited tours of high performance buildings across the Northeast. They allow sustainable building and energy professionals to learn about all aspects of cutting edge projects, from design strategies and materials selection to construction techniques and energy systems.

While in-person events are suspended, we've been able to translate this popular program into a virtual format that preserves the key elements of the Pro Tour experience: deep dives with interdisciplinary project teams and the opportunity to interact with speakers and other attendees.

Propose a Project

We are currently accepting proposals for the spring Virtual Pro Tour series, which will run from February through May. While proposals will be accepted for any relevant project in the Northeast, we are particularly interested in submissions that include a diverse project team in terms of race, age, gender, and other identity markers and projects that connect to themes of racial and social justice.

  1. Visit the Host A Pro Tour page to read more about eligibility, format, and logistics.

  2. Click here to get started on your proposal! The deadline is January 22. Note: you will need to be logged in to your nesea.org account to access the form.

Join the Advisory Committee

We are also recruiting a small group of NESEA Members to serve will on the Pro Tour Advisory Committee. The committee will vet the proposals and make recommendations for which projects to feature.
