Casco Bay Insulation is a small company that takes pride in creating tight, energy efficient homes. We insulate new construction and older Maine homes to provide a comfortable living environment and save heating and cooling costs. We primarily use cellulose, rigid foam, vapor barriers and other moisture mitigation measures.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully run insulation crews for at least two years, and who has a BPI Certification to join our growing company. Your tasks will include estimating projects, managing insulation crews, project management, ordering supplies, creating project budgets, doing plan takeoffs, and training insulating installers. You'll interface with homeowners and all CBI's employees while working closely with CBI's owner.

We work Monday thru Friday, 7am-4:30pm, no weekends. Some overtime opportunities are available. To work with us you’ll need to be drug free and have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
