Vanessa Ulmer is a senior project manager with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), based in New York City. She supports NYSERDA’s Energy and Environmental Analysis group, which works to ensure that New York State policymakers and stakeholders have a solid foundation of objective information and data upon which to make decisions. Vanessa holds a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
