Elizabeth (Derry) Kelly manages sustainability programs at the Community Preservation Corporation. In her current role, Elizabeth seeks to preserve affordability by implementing energy efficiency retrofits, consulting on project design, underwriting to projected savings, and pooling available financing to improve building economics and tenant quality of life within the CPC portfolio. Prior to joining CPC, Elizabeth worked with the Rutgers Center for Green Building on a HUD supported research study, where she evaluated opportunities to improve building operations and resident behavior. She holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University.
