Paul has experience on a global basis in sustainability and energy management, developing some of the world’s most notable sustainability projects.
Currently Paul is the Director of Engineering for RXR Reality a vertically integrated private real estate company with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction, leasing, and financing.
At RXR his responsibilities cover engineering operations, energy, and sustainability.
Recently he was the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Energy Management at Related Management Company responsible for overseeing the existing building energy strategy, sustainability programs, and implementation of mechanical and building technologies.
He has also worked in conjunction with US State Department providing expert lectures on energy efficiency and sustainability to governments of Hong Kong and Taiwan.
