Wes continues to lead high performance retrofit and new construction projects on both sides of the Atlantic. He has conducted technical condition assessments of dozens of large facilities, including 22 VA hospitals, GSA facilities, educational, commercial and multi-family projects. He has a recognized ability to diagnose mechanical and Building Automation System (BAS) issues and to chart a path to dramatic improvement. He is a decorated community college adjunct professor teaching courses in building commissioning, sustainability, and renewable energy systems.
Wes holds MDS. degree from Boston Architectural College in Sustainable Design as well as B.Sc. degrees from Limerick Institute of Technology in Construction Management. Wes is also a Certified Energy Manager, Existing Building Commissioning Professional, Certified Commissioning Professional, Certified Passive House Consultant and holds a MA Construction Supervisors License.
