David Davenport is the Managing Principal of Urban Greenfit LLC, an energy service company working with building owners in New York City to finance, develop and operate energy efficiency equipment and onsite power generation in existing multifamily housing. Urban Greenfit is presently developing one of the largest scopes of deep energy retrofits in New York City involving over 3,000 rental units in over 20 buildings in Harlem.
