David Ruggiero is a Technical Specialist and Senior Account Manager with ICF International. He has over 15 years of experience in the high performance building industry working as a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, a LEED Accredited Professional, a certified HERS rater, and as a consultant with a focus on energy-efficiency and renewable energy. His involvement in cutting edge green building projects and programs ranges from ENERGY STAR to zero energy homes to Passive House. Presently, at ICF International, Mr. Ruggiero works as a Senior Account Manager and data lead for the Better Buildings Challenge multifamily sector where he consults with DOE and HUD contract managers in strategic program planning, drafting and editing technical project reviews and program solutions, developing data tracking protocols, and reviewing portfolio wide utility data. Mr. Ruggiero holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and is an AEE Certified Energy Auditor.
