Dorit serves as a Relationship Manager for Partner Energy’s office in Manhattan, and Newark, New Jersey. She assists commercial real estate (CRE) clients in New York City with understanding the State and Local Laws for energy efficiency and how to plan for compliance. Dorit also provides Integrated Physical Needs Assessment (IPNA) services for all types of properties across the east coast. Her experience as an educator and expertise in sustainability helps her engage clients in understanding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy.
Dorit meets with real estate developers, architects, general contractors, lenders, bankers, and equity clients at workshops, conferences, and events. She regularly presents lunch and learns sessions to inform clients about energy efficiency laws, discuss issues and risks for CRE stakeholders, and offer compliance solutions through Partner Energy services.
