Emily Jones provides day-to-day leadership and management of LISC Boston’s Green Retrofit Initiative, convening experts to provide relevant trainings for the field, supporting owners, property managers, and other stakeholders to help them complete desired energy efficiency and clean energy projects, and driving progressive policy that results in clean, efficient, and equitable energy for Massachusetts’ affordable housing sector.

Before joining LISC in 2016, Emily worked with City of Lawrence officials on their residential property revitalization strategy; as Director of Partnerships for Union Capital Boston; and as Service Impact Coordinator for City Year Boston. Emily has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, and as a City Year AmeriCorps member. Emily is a graduate of Dedham High School, Dartmouth College, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
