James McGorty is the Business Development Director for Intus Windows' NY, NJ, and CT markets. James entered the fenestration industry in 2001 and has been focused on high-performance/Passive House buildings in mid-high rise applications. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology and studied abroad attending the Polytechnic University of Valencia. In 2009 James obtained his certification as a Sustainable Building Advisor by NaSBAP and in 2018 as a Passive House Tradesperson by the Passive House Institute (PHI). Most recently, James joined the planning committee with NESEA for the upcoming BuildingEnergy NYC 2018 Conference taking place in October 2018.
