John is the Founder & CEO of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Champs. Serving NYC’s mid to high-rise multi-family building stock with holistic performance-based ventilation retrofits, IAQ Champs continues to implement new technology and methods to restore exhaust/supply shafts. We love any and all ventilation problems and have made it our mission to provide healthy IAQ for as many NYC residents as possible.
Prior to starting IAQ Champs, John grew his expertise by working as the director of a NYC Building Performance division for seven years working as the head of NYC’s Weatherization Compliance Monitoring for WAP and Other Federally funded programs.
John was the youngest member on a national board with DOE and NREL for Quality Assurance in multi-family energy efficiency retrofits and has had the honor to work with several iconic NYC establishments along with recently completing phase one of a ventilation retrofit at the largest affordable housing complex in the country.
