Mr. Gardner has over 10 years of experience in project management, architectural design, detailing and construction administration services. He also acted as the full-time on-site Architectural representative performing construction administration services for the design of a new 620,000 sf LEED building for the University at Buffalo School of Medicine. Since the successful completion of that large project, Mr. Gardner has been providing both design and CA services for projects at LaGuardia Airport, JFK airport, Lab design at SUNY Buffalo in addition to various other projects in his 7 years at Foit-Albert Associates.
