Kelsey Read is a Project Manager for Commonwealth Solar Programs at MassCEC and has been with MassCEC since 2014. He is leading MassCEC’s efforts in the partnership with the Department of Energy Resources on the $40 million Mass Solar Loan program and drives MassCEC’s efforts in supporting general industry growth and the availability of financing for the onsite commercial solar market. Kelsey has a degree in Economics and Physics from Bowdoin College, and has previously worked in economic and environmental research and data analytics.
