Leia currently leads Sustainability Services at KOW Building Consultants, and was most recently Program Officer of Green Technical Services at Enterprise. Prior to that she was an owner/managing member of Bright Alternatives where she completed over 2,500 energy plans and a Multifamily Energy Analyst at Steven Winters Associates.

Leia holds a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
