Mark is a Manager at ICF, a global consulting firm providing professional services and technical solutions that maximize impact for people, businesses, and government in areas critical to the world’s future. Previously, Mark worked at Conservation Services Group for eight years. He graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in Geography and Appropriate Technology.
As a Program Manager for the Mass Save Residential New Construction Program, Mark promotes the benefits of residential high performance new construction projects with a goal to increase energy efficiency. He works closely with Utility clients, partner HERS Raters, builders and developers to design above-code new construction, drive deeper energy savings and maximize energy efficiency program incentives. Mark has worked on behalf of Mass Save for over a decade bringing passion, innovation and foresight to work collectively towards greening the built environment and ensuring future infrastructure incorporates green building, energy efficiency and resiliency. Over the last two years, Mark has been active with the Association of Energy Service Professionals and USGBC MA Chapter. Mark is currently the Co-chair of the Residential Green Building Committee within the USGBC MA Chapter and a member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals.
