Been involved in building performance for 10 years. From running over a thousand Mass Save energy audits to training over 150 energy auditors I learned how homes work, and what we need/can do to fix them. After that experience, I was fortunate to be part of the launch team of two energy efficiency companies. The first being a Home Performance Contractor (HPC) that we grew to become the second-largest HPC in the state. My current employer, Abode Energy Management, has me doing what I do best which is providing industry training to professionals. Whether serving as a Proctor Mentor for BPI, teaching emerging professionals building science, or training architects on clean heating or renewables. I often joke that I put the Fun in Fundamentals of Energy, but that's what I try to do.
